Richard C. Caster (October 16, 1948 – February 2, 2024) was an American professional football player who was a wide receiver and tight end for 13 seasons in the National Football League (NFL), primarily with the New York Jets. He was selected to the Pro Bowl after the 1972, 1974 and 1975 seasons. He played college football for the Jackson State Tigers. His son Max is a professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling.[1] Caster died from complications of Parkinson's disease on February 2, 2024, at the age of 75.[2]
