the violence staffing issue sporting events is just getting out of hand just yesterday on the entered to talk to validate coach of the youth football the protector rep and now we've got actual player on player violence of this is patillo menino who sits in a little media really suckered in what's what's the deal honesty and go down and she is a wind she's about to be the world hole and then the slow up with a look back like that some of those explosive methodical at that directs the and see that genuine unit analgesia valve right that's consistent probably you don't see a million things which goes to my lord report which is that we think that there's this huge uptick in violence in sports mothers but but but now there's a huge articular my folks capitol recording this i think you know i'm a concert happening soccer games in the past primer probably twenty serb pretenses yeah but the thing is that now it this is unique sort of because player but but the things that bothered people class for years that the coaches in the parents are going and getting drunk and just there following themselves and as well the eighteen seventies definitely get arab red clay to insure soccer in union new jersey in the nineteen eighties date may remember to retrieve while serving at the and remember a lot of course it was a it default the that and and and and you know about us i feel blessed because it will be assigned to listen the crew export for u bespoke book that's where you were supposed to tackle yes perfectly yes i guess we should salute at an elementary for continuing a proud tradition pilot that i would not say that i'm not saying that pc you know this is she's which he did was a totally wrong annie hamp right like basically a press conference almost for the principals at all and hurt geology obviously apologizes cetera it looked something to cross the line where uh... they've actually arrested people amir's video of a girl who kept popping got approval of the world and believe another sergeant anthropology or the fixed right and that's the song does this in the middle of the game rice assault she wound up for that name students everyone together for us fantasy listener prep for the actual attack honesty so this would have led to so many restore washita slow-motion you're watching a slow-motion right and their carl sagan orbis or we actually i did you do that somebody settle but and it's particularly hard to get people understand all that is a million for several weeks that around i don't think the rest of your fees are committed to the sport though she didn't use their hands are armed services lower body exercise developed and you don't take shit from anybody have you ever engaged in sort of i was on the field i don't place parts that i have done kanji kind alex makes much time record actually happens to the face that was less than that not yeah yeah not permitting but now acting a lot of what is the fifth through a lot more violent than back not to have a good point don't get a few thoughts often would you address it now designs out discipline or a little bit it get ricardo it didn't work support but there are a part of something artistry this force expert here it is true okay now watching in a few times and having a side discussion with my correspondent jerry jackson hyatt honestly feel like gtv charged with assault i mean my kid jeremy persuaded me any other way no not assault but there has to be and you can't like fine air like it's the freakin n_f_l_ or anything like that but you you have to come down with a certain amount a punishment that shows that you can't that you can't do they should again because well we we all get in the heat of the moment i understand that and mike i had one incident and travel basketball dino you can't believe it but it you played travel basketball nowhere work like that for some stupid ass reason i got it right out and there's the tried across a guy a penny you agreed over me and i stuck my foot out and i got pulled out of the game completely like that like that was bad now look back on it we all get in here the moment but i did not tryin kick the guy in the face wally was down after already taking a hit i mean i don't know what the correct punishment is assault might be a little too much for a high schooler and similar to the other video we did where they go punch her in the face repeatedly like that's a soft but overall i mean i don't know what do you guys think is the correct punishment i think it's totally easy case actually i'd just banner for the rest of the year and that's pretty severe punishment by having instead yeah and and so and now i don't think it rises assault the looked at me i'm kweisi rd because i got to so many flights on so many fields phorbol rugby whatever it might be and so it was and i really think that the poor the stories that this has become national news when this kind of stuff used to happen all the time and it never even was local news little national news was change the whole game is not the violence it's a camera staff people like to like to watch it we'll go together you can reliance the video and what's going on and what kind of thing for dat did go back to it

Club career

Born in Vendas Novas, Évora District, Pessoa started his professional career with Vitória de Setúbal, being sparingly used during his four-year spell with the Sado River club. He played 20 games as it returned to the Primeira Liga in 2004 after one year of absence, but only made ten appearances at that level over three seasons.

In the summer of 2005, Pessoa returned to the second division and signed for Portimonense SC, being an undisputed starter from the beginnings and also eventually gaining captaincy. In the 2009–10 campaign, he scored six goals[5][6][7][8][9][10]– whilst taking part in all 30 league matches – as the Algarve team returned to the top flight after 20 years.

Aged 35, Pessoa managed another promotion with his main club in 2017,[11] contributing four goals (again mostly from penalties)[12][13][14][15] from 29 appearances. On 25 May that year, he renewed his contract until 2020.[16]

Pessoa retired at the end of the 2017–18 season, having featured sparingly as Portimonense retained their league status due to injury.[17] During his 12-year spell in Portimão, he played 426 matches in all competitions.[18]

International career

Pessoa appeared once for Portugal at under-21 level, playing the last 14 minutes of the 2–2 friendly draw against Norway held in Guarda.[19]
