Rezvan Rural District (Persian: دهستان رضوان) is in Kalpush District of Meyami County, Semnan province, Iran.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Meyami District of Shahrud County) was 10,837 in 2,500 households.[4] There were 12,296 inhabitants in 3,337 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 12,306 in 3,729 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Meyami County.[3] The most populous of its 23 villages was Hoseynabad-e Kalpu, with 3,514 people.[2]
