Hei igjen, en ny dag og ny blogg. Vel, jeg kan ikke love dere at det kommer til å bli én hver eneste dag, men har litt tid til overs nå så hvorfor ikke. Det er litt grått her oppe idag i "utholdenhets-landsbyen" eller fjellandsbyen i Sotchi. Kan ikke klage, det er i det minste ikke 20-40 minus som det var tidligere i år under World Cup-en. Så hva har jeg gjort idag - jeg hadde litt intensitetstrening, den siste før konkurransen og det føles ganske bra. Skytingen er bra og ja, ser virkelig fram til konkurransene mer og mer selv om snøforholdene her oppe ikke akkurat er lovende, men jeg håper de har en plan for det og finner ut av det. Så jeg har trent idag og ja, dro opp til fysioterapauten og fikk en massasje. Ikke akkurat den typen massasje du tenker på når du hører ordet massasje, det er mer som om fysioterapauten prøver å rive musklene av beinene, ganske ondt men det hjelper, det virker. Bortsett fra det er denne innstilt (1'12'': snur kamera til rifle), alt funker fint, og det er en ganske god en nå som har fungert bra i fire eller fem år, so forhåpentligvis vil den fungere bra under konkurransene her oppe også. Følg med, mer kommer. Ha det!

Biography

He competed at the 2002 Winter Paralympics in Salt Lake, where he took two gold medals in cross-country skiing, one in 10 km, LW2-4 and one in 20 km, standing. In biathlon he placed 7th in the 7.5 km, standing.[3]

At the 2006 Winter Paralympics in Torino, he took two bronze medals in biathlon: The 12.5 km and 7.5 km, standing. In cross-country skiing he placed 9th in the men's 10 km, 14th in the 20 km and 9th in the 5 km, standing.[3]

He won silver at the 2010 Winter Paralympics in Vancouver, for 3km pursuit standing biathlon. He won gold at the 12.5 km standing biathlon. In cross-country skiing he took the silver medal in the men's 20 km, standing and bronze in the men's relay.[3]
