Nat Geo Kids is a specialty television channel targeting children, owned by a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company and National Geographic Society, and operated by Fox Networks Group.[1] The channel broadcasts to the Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America. The content of the channel consists of educational animated series, exploration programs, science, adventure and environmental conservation, and other children's series.

The channel was launched on April 8, 1996 as Utilísima Satelital, but it was rebranded on November 4, 2013 as MundoFox; many of Utilísima's programs were moved to Fox Life Latin America. On July 1, 2017, the channel was rebranded and reformatted as Nat Geo Kids.[2] The Brazilian counterpart of the channel was launched on October 4, 2017.
