Reception

A critic from The Times of India wrote that "There’s a bit of comedy but on the whole there’s hardly anything that you will keep looking forward to in the movie. You know how it will end. You won’t be wrong".[2] A critic from 123telugu wrote that "On the whole, Ra Kumarudu disappoints you completely. Neither the message showcased, nor the film has been executed well. You can safely ignore this film this weekend, and wait for it to come on TV".[3] On the contrary, a critic from Filmibeat wrote that "Though it is a regular romance drama of two college students, T Satya has tried to showcase love and romance in unique and interesting way. He has nicely blended comedy, which runs the story without letting the audience feel bored even for a moment".[4]
