The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media[2] (until 2018 was the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications)[3] (Russian: Министерство цифрового развития, связи и массовых коммуникаций Российской Федерации), also known as MinTsifry Rossii (Russian: Минцифры России[4]), is the governmental agency in Russia established in May 2008 that is responsible for telecommunications, media and the post. Child agencies include Roskomnadzor, Rospechat and Rossvyaz.
