Michael Feggans (born 1982 or 1983) is an American Democratic Party politician from Virginia. He was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2023 Virginia House of Delegates election from the 97th district.[1]

Feggans attended Tallwood High School. He was a retired non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force.[2]
