Mansur (Persian: منصور)[a] is a village in Kharaqan-e Gharbi Rural District of the Central District of Avaj County, Qazvin province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 347 in 103 households, when it was in the former Avaj District of Buin Zahra County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 586 people in 196 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 571 people in 203 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Avaj County.[6] It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
