FEMALE SPEAKER: This is a very cool event, which is the first of its kind in the region. FEMALE SPEAKER: The selection process of these students was very tough. SHADEN MOHAMED: This is the forum where they can express themselves. FEMALE SPEAKER: This is a great opportunity. NOHA SALEM: The Google Student Ambassador Programme is very simple. Students come to this training. They stay for one week. They have fun. They learn many things, and they go back home to their own countries to help their own university get in touch with Google, help their colleagues learn more about the tools, and of course, for their own selves, gather the experience, and have also something to place on a CV. ABDELRAHMAN MAGDY: [SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] WAEL EL-FAKHARANY: It's really exciting to surround myself with students that like technology, that want to actually tackle big problems. And it's also exciting to see a company like Google launching a program very close to the students in this part of the world. RANIA HADI: These types of events allow us to not only tell people about our products, but also get feedback and listen to what the community has to say. SELMA MOHAMED: A lot of the students have business ideas or talents, and internet could really help these students showcase what they have, especially with Google Tools, whether it's YouTube or AdWords or Chrome. SHADEN MOHAMED: This is the forum where they can express themselves, talk to us, and bounce those ideas off of us. MAHA ABOUELENEIN: Hearing their stories, understanding what's important to them, is really what excites me about being here. OMAR KASSEM: They give you a very important role that would influence millions of people, and they give you responsibilities that they would give to full time employees. RANA KORTAM: We look for the perfect combination of work life balance, people with good grades who have hobbies who are interesting to talk to and with skills perfectly fitted to their topic. SELMA MOHAMED: So whatever you're applying for, make sure that you like that job regardless of your experience. We'll train you. We'll help you. You just have to like the job you're doing. NOHA SALEM: I was overwhelmed with their energy, overwhelmed with their capacity to learn. Honestly, it couldn't have been better. AYMAN EL-NAGGAR: [SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] ESRAA AHMED MOHAMMED: [SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] RASHA ABUSAMRAH: If you have the opportunity, never ever miss it. WAEL EL-FAKHARANY: 12 years ago, Larry Page and Sergey Brin in Stanford University started Google. My dream is that one of these new kids will start another Google in this part of the world.
