List of Morehead State Eagles men's basketball head coaches

The following is a list of Morehead State Eagles men's basketball head coaches. There have been 14 head coaches of the Trojans in their 94-season history.^[1]

Morehead State's current head coach is Preston Spradlin. He was hired as the Eagles' head coach in March 2017,^[2] replacing Sean Woods, who resigned in December 2016 after an investigation into alleged abuse of his players.^[3]

^ Woods resigned on December 15, 2016 after an investigation into alleged abuse of his players. Preston Spradlin served as interim head coach for the remainder of the 2016–17 season.^[3]
^ After serving as interim head coach for the end of the 2016–17 season, Spradlin was named permanent head coach in March 2017.^[2]
