Bologna FC 1909 is an Italian professional football club based in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, who play their matches in Stadio Renato Dall'Ara. The club was formed in 1909, and joined the Italian league in 1929.

The club has won the Prima Divisione (predecessor of Serie A) twice, the Serie A five times and the Coppa Italia twice.

This list details the club's achievements in major competitions, and the top scorers for each season. Top scorers in bold were also the top scorers in the Italian league that season. Records of local or regional competitions are not included due to them being considered of less importance.
