Kojčice is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

Kojčice lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Pelhřimov, 26 km (16 mi) west of Jihlava, and 91 km (57 mi) south-east of Prague.
