Kheyrabad (Persian: خير آباد)[a] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Semnan County, Semnan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,022 in 802 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,527 people in 1,032 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,325 people in 990 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
