Khashayar Farzam (Khash Farzam) is a Persian-Canadian powerlifter,[1] physician,[2] professor and author.[3][4] Khashayar currently holds multiple Powerlifting world[5][6] and national records. He is a former track and field sprinter. He has competed as a part of team Canada.[7][8][9][10]

Khashayar Farzam is an emergency room physician in Kitchener,Ontario[11] at Grand River Hospital[12] and St. Mary's General Hospital.[13] He is also a physician and medical director at Curex Medical Center[14][15] in Waterloo, Ontario with a focus on general medicine, travel medicine, men's health and minor surgical procedures. Farzam is an attending physician at Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University.

On November 1, 2023, Khashayar set a Guinness world record in the bench press.[16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24]
