Kayakalpa is a form of traditional rejuvenation practice originating in South India.[1]

It includes specific dietary, exercise and breathing regimens. It aims to slow down and reverse physical degeneration at cellular level and improve the vitality of organ systems.[2][3] It originates from Sanskrit with “Kaya” meaning body and “Kalpa” for transformation.[4]
