Kabutar Khan Rural District (Persian: دهستان كبوترخان) is in the Central District of Rafsanjan County, Kerman province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Kabutar Khan.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 10,110 in 2,457 households.[5] There were 10,545 inhabitants in 2,865 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 12,114 in 3,510 households. The largest of its 65 villages was Kabutar Khan, with 3,282 people.[2]
