M7 Group S.A. is a Luxembourg based media company which operates several Direct Broadcast Satellite Pay TV platforms: Austriasat in Austria (formerly in Hungary), TéléSAT Numérique and TV Vlaanderen in Belgium, Skylink in Czech Republic and Slovakia., KabelKiosk in Germany, CanalDigitaal, Stipte, Fibernederland and Online.nl in the Netherlands.

In 2017 the company reported sales of EUR 312.8m, a decrease of 3.2% on the previous year[1]. The sales at acquisition by Astorg in 2014 were EUR 350m[2].

The private equity firm Astorg acquired a majority of the company in July 2014 via its Fund V from Providence and Airbridge Investments[3]. Providence is a Private Equity investment firm and Airbridge Investments is the holding company of executives Hans Wolfert and Cees Bohnenn[4]. The company is fully owned by Astorg since December 2017 when the former minority shareholders exited the company. The exit took place at the time of an EUR 570 million debt refinancing which allowed to pay a dividend of EUR 175m to the former shareholders[5].

The company has circa 180 employees[6].

The 30 July 2014, its subsidiary M7A Group S.A. also known as M7 Deutschland bought the German cable and IPTV network company Kabelkiosk from Eutelsat[7][8][9].

In December 2018 the company announced the purchase of direct-to-home satellite operations in Central and Eastern Europe from Liberty Global for an Enterprise Value of EUR 180m[10].
