Jondan (Persian: جندان, also Romanized as Jondān; also known as Jow Dān and Jūdān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Kafrud Rural District of Rudasht District, Varzaneh County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,790 in 516 households, when it was in Rudasht-e Sharqi Rural District of the former Bon Rud District of Isfahan County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,979 people in 619 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,998 people in 651 households.[2]

In 2021, Bon Rud District was separated from Isfahan County in the establishment of Varzaneh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Varzaneh as its capital and only city.[4]
