Inspiring Impact: How Memory Can Change the World
Transcription
So I was originally challenged by a great sorority, ΣK, the first sorority at the University of Louisville. I was on vacation and I got on Facebook a challenge and I accepted it. I've since been challenged by Michael Benson, president of Eastern; Michael Jenkins, president of Louisville Presbyterian Seminary; and one of our great alums in Orlando, Steve Whitacker. So I accepted the challenge, and I do this in honor and memory of my mother-in-law who died of Lou Gehrig's Disease a number of years ago. To support the great work of Dr. Brown and his team at the University of Louisville, in her memory I want to give a small gift to the University of Louisville Program, and thank him for the work that they do and for our great faculty here at the University of Louisville. So I'm challenging Dr. Brown, a ΣK who is not here and who was giving me a hard time earlier, and who was not in the video a got drenched, and that's Natalie Shields, so I'm challenging her; and Dave Stone of Southeast Christian Church. So, should everybody else move? -"Dr. Ramsey, could you step on this top step for me? Should we count down? 3-2-1!"
