Essam al-Da'alis (Arabic: عصام الدعاليس, romanized: Issam Al-Da'alis) is a Palestinian politician and a member of the Hamas government in the Gaza Strip.

As of 2022, and at least up until the beginning of the 2023 Israel–Hamas war, al-Da'alis was the "head of the Government Administrative Committee" of Hamas government in the Gaza Strip.[1][2][3]
