Indira Vizcaíno Silva (born 14 January 1987) is a Mexican politician from the Morena party. From 2009 to 2012 she served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Colima.[1] In 2021, she became the second female Governor of Colima after Griselda Álvarez, as well as the first non-PRI governor of the state in over 90 years.[2]

The daughter of former politician Arnoldo Vizcaíno,[3] she was born in Tijuana while her father worked in the city but grew up in Colima.[2][4]
