Ibşir Mustafa Pasha

Ibşir Mustafa Pasha (Ottoman Turkish: ابشير مصطفى پاشا‎) was an Ottoman statesman of Abkhazian origin, nephew of the governor and rebel Abaza Mehmed Pasha, and prominent Celali rebel. He was grand vizier of the Ottoman Empire from 28 October 1654 to 11 May 1655.[1] He was also the Ottoman governor of Damascus Eyalet (province) in 1649. He was a damat ("bridegroom") to the Ottoman dynasty, as he married an Ottoman princess.

Varvar Ali Pasha rebellion was established in 1647 by Varvar Ali Pasha during his appointment to Sivas Ali Pasha. Varvar Ali Pasha settled upon the order of the Ottoman Sultan Ibrahim to request the wife of Perihan Pasha's wife Perihan in Sivas and to be brought to Istanbul It was decided that Varvar Ali Pasha, who did not fulfill Emmri, would be taken from the post and killed. Varvar Ali Pasha did not let anyone into the city where he was assigned to kill him. He was invited to Istanbul in another way and did not leave if he wanted to be removed from Sivas. In addition, Varvar Ali Pasha was declared to be Celali and his support to him was aimed to be weakened.
