Houvin-Houvigneul (French pronunciation: [uvɛ̃uviɲœl]) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[3]

Geography

A farming village situated 20 miles (32 km) west of Arras, at the junction of the D54 and the D23 roads. The commune was created in 1856 by merging Houvin and Houvigneul.
