Hotel Free Exchange (French: L'hôtel du libre échange) is a 1934 French comedy film directed by Marc Allégret and starring Fernandel, André Alerme and Ginette Leclerc.[1] It is based on the 1894 play of the same title by Maurice Desvallières and Georges Feydeau, later remade as the 1966 British film Hotel Paradiso.[2] It was shot at the Billancourt Studios in Paris. The film's sets were designed by the art director Lazare Meerson.
