Heterocycles was a scientific journal on the topic of heterocyclic compounds. Launched in 1973, it published regular peer reviewed scientific articles until November 2023.[1]

In 2006 it was awarded the "In Memory of Professor A.N. Kost" medal by Lomonosov Moscow State University and Mendeleev Russian Chemical Society.[2]

All Heterocycles articles are preserved on CLOCKSS.org,[3] but the Japan Institute of Heterocyclic Chemistry has yet to grant public access.[1]
