Gmina Siemiątkowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Żuromin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Siemiątkowo, which lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-east of Żuromin and 99 km (62 mi) north-west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 112.07 square kilometres (43.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,567.
