On 19 April 2021, Fly Lili conducted preparation flights between Sibiu and Bucharest–Băneasa with one of its then-two Airbus A320-200s in preparation for a proposed launch in 2023.[7] Its first scheduled flight subsequently took place on 20 April 2023 between Bucharest–Băneasa and Antalya.[4][8][9]

In October 2023, Fly Lily filed schedules for regular passenger flights from Bucharest–Băneasa, Sibiu and Brașov to Munich and Stuttgart.[10] However, these routes did since not commence.
