A U.S. Air Force Stroukoff YC-123E-SA Provider (s/n 55-4031, originally 54-554) fitted with a pantobase landing gear taking off from the Delaware River off the U.S. Navy Naval Air Auxiliary Facility Philadelphia in 1955. The YC-123E was also equipped with a conventional landing gear. Pilots: Roy Peltz, Buck Atkinson
