File:William A. Spinks passport photo 1924 no sig.png

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

William_A._Spinks_passport_photo_1924_no_sig.png(223 × 230 pixels, file size: 28 KB, MIME type: image/png)

Summary

Description
Photo (1924) of William A. Spinks, American billiards champion, co-inventor of modern billiard chalk, oil investor, flower farmer and avocado farmer (originator of the Spinks avocado variety). This is a derivative work, as it is a cropped copy of his passport application, to just show him in the photo, and left-right flipped so that the lit side of his face is toward the text (basic page design principle I got from some book somewhere).
