Deutsch: Das zunächst nur im „Torgelower Tageblatt“ verwendete Wappen kombiniert ein Wappenbild mit wirtschaftlichem Bezugscharakter mit einem Herrschaftszeichen. Schlägel und Eisen symbolisieren die die Entwicklung des Ortes bestimmende Eisenindustrie, der Greifenkopf und die Schildfarben verweisen auf seine Zugehörigkeit zur ehemaligen Provinz Pommern.
