What we do. Every page goes through several hundred of perfecting techniques; in live mode. Quite the same Wikipedia. Just better.
This animated GIF, spanning 24 seconds, demonstrates the Wagon-wheel effect at 10 frames per second. As the "camera" moves toward the right accelerating at a constant rate, the objects first speed up sliding to the left. When they reach the halfway point 12 seconds in, they appear to reverse direction, but continue accelerating left, slowing down. An alternate version with 'start' and 'stop' exists here.
