Two Signal Corps field telephone operators of the US Women's Army Corps (WAC) during World War 2, from a 1944 radio magazine. The source does not give the location, or whether it was taken during a training exercise or in combat.

Caption: "Portable field telephone setup operated by feminine operators. They are all skillfully trained."
