Схема = трёхкаскадный УВЧ с непосредственными связями, напряжение питания -1.5 В. Реальная опытная структура имела 2.2 мм в длину и 0.1 мм в высоту. The first historical IC with junction isolation, by Kurt Lehovec (Sprague Electric), conceived in the end of 1958, patent filed 22/04/1959 - just a couple of months preceding Robert Noyce. The structure itself is a one-dimensional grown-crystal thing with alloyed transistors. Size: L=90 mils (2.2 mm), W=20 mils (0.5 mm), H=4 mils (0.1 mm). |
