Pavillon central orné d'une horloge flanquée de grandes figures allégoriques assises symbolisant à gauche L'Industrie et à droite L'Agriculture, exécutées par le sculpteur Aimé-Jules Dalou pour l'atelier du décorateur Eugène Pierre Lefebvre.
