A theoretical full-length model of t-PA. The finger and epidermal growth factor-like domain in red and green (PDB code: 1TPG), kringle 2 domain in yellow (1TPK), and magenta serine protease domain (1A5H) were obtained from the Protein Data Bank. The blue kringle 1 domain was generated with homology modeling using 1TPK as a structural template. These domains were then put together and rendered in PyMOL.
