Service members from the National Capital Region attend the Washington Nationals' Military Appreciation game April 20, 2022. The pre-game featured a Joint Armed Forces Color Guard, a vocalist from The U.S. Air Force Band, The United States Navy Drill Team, and the U.S. Army Golden Knights. Representatives from four services threw ceremonial first pitches, including: Maj. Gen. Allan M. Pepin, Commanding General Joint Task Force-National Capital Region/U.S. Army Military District of Washington; Major General Joel D. Jackson, Commander of the Air Force District of Washington and the 320th Air Expeditionary Wing; Brig. Gen. Daniel B.
