Description	This is the crest of Alpha Sigma Delta (sorority), a general sorority formed in 1919 at the University of California, Berkeley. It was absorbed by Lambda Omega in 1932, which itself merged with Theta Upsilon in 1933. Theta Upsilon became part of Delta Zeta in 1962.

Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the entity in question.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any derivative work based upon the logo would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I cropped the original image substantially. After color correcting, I reduced it in size further, but 60%. This image will be used at the top of the section called Alpha Sigma Delta, a predecessor group to Lambda Omega. When enough information is found it can be used to populate the infobox for its own article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo.
