Description
Attic black-figure lekythos attributed to the Amasis painter. The shoulder shows a seated woman, perhaps a goddess, being approached by four youths and eight dancing maidens. The body shows women making cloth: three weigh wool, four spin it into yarn, two work on an upright loom, and two fold finished cloth.
