Summary

Description
Animation of the original discovery images of S/2000 S 4 (Tarvos), taken at the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope on Sept 23/2000. In this looping sequence of 3 images, each image is a 8-minute exposure (area shown is approximately 40 seconds of arc on a side) The images were taken about 15 minutes apart. The satellite is moving down and to the right on this image, other "moving" signals are cosmic rays (noise) and do not move in a fashion consistent with a satellite of Saturn.
