The Masthead shows a copyright notice for vol 155 (CLV), No. 65 March 6, 1949. The Catalog of Copyright Entries, Periodicals confirms the 1949 copyright of this issue was filed as B180318. I find no renewals 1978 to present on that number at copyright.gov; however the 1977 Catalog shows B180318 was reissued as a new registration number in March 1976. Per UPenn Renewals, January-June 1976 are on 367-389 of first volume but there is nothing for Boston--skips from Bluebook Magazine to Boy Commandos. The July-December 1976 are on 393-424 of second volume but again no Boston, skips from Blue Ribbon Comics to Boy Commandos. Checking 1977 Renewals, January-June are on 416-447 of first volume but again it skips from Blue Book Magazine to Boy Commandos and July-December are on 431-495 of second volume but it skips from Blue Book Magazine to Boy's Life. No listing of any renewals for Boston Globe, Boston Sunday Globe, etc.
