Polski: Stempel, z widocznym napisem hebrajskim koszer (hebr. właściwy, odpowiedni), był używany do oznaczania koszerności rozmaitych produktów spożywczych, w tym przypadku prawdopodobnie mięsa. Oznakowany stemplem produkt, dopuszczony był do spożycia przez wyznawców judaizmu, zapewniał bowiem o przygotowaniu go według zasad koszerności czyli zgodnie z prawem religijnym.
