Expedition 29 crew members, from left to right, Commander Mike Fossum, Flight Engineers Sergei Volkov and Satoshi Furukawa, sit in chairs outside the Soyuz TMA-02M capsule just minutes after they landed in a remote area outside the town of Arkalyk, Kazakhstan, on Nov. 22 (Nov. 21 in the United States). NASA astronaut Fossum, Russian cosmonaut Volkov and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency astronaut Furukawa are returning from more than five months onboard the International Space Station where they served as members of the Expedition 28 and 29 crews.
