Description

Hiking in the Sierra Madre mountain range (Mexico) we rounded a bend and got a view of this beautiful valley - the photo doesn't do it justice - we'll have to go back during the rainy season when everything is green!

Requested location data from the photographers; it is at Marquesa National Forest, between Mexico City and Toluca, Mexico, at about 3500 m altitude. The location and altitude enables identification of the trees as Pinus hartwegii. - MPF 14:37, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
