Officer cadets from Serbia's Military Academy take part in a graduation ceremony in front of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade, Serbia, on Sept. 11, 2010, attended by Air Force Gen. Craig McKinley, the chief of the National Guard Bureau, Army Maj. Gen. Gregory Wayt, the adjutant general of the Ohio National Guard and other Guard leaders.
