The Super-8 film is no longer commercially available (obviously), nor is any other free-use version of the races as the original film stock has deteriorated (grainy, bleached colour). My conversion of the Super-8 film is of higher quality than other versions of the races posted on YouTube. Non-free content is not used in a manner that is likely to replace the original market role of the original copyrighted material.
