From mid-1952 to May 1953 the squadrons are based at Fürstenfeldbruck AB (32nd with two yellow lightnings on the fuselage mid-section) and Neubiberg AB (38th with two blue lightnings on the fuselage mid-section). Two red lightnings on fin belonged to the 10th TRW. The RF-80A with the little hook boss (in German Hakennase or Buckelnase) is a RF-80A-15-LO, modified from P-80A s/n 44-85330.
