TALLIL AIR BASE, Iraq -- Army Sgt. Jessie DeLarosa uses a custom signal Falcon K-band police radar gun to catch speeding violators here. He is a military policeman with the Texas Army National Guard's 36th Infantry Division and is deployed from San Antonio.
