DescriptionPrecessional north pole (Běijí 北极) in α Ursae Minoris, drawing a wàn 卍 in the four phases of time.svg
The current precessional north celestial pole (Běijí 北极) centred in α Ursae Minoris. The Little Dipper and the Big Dipper or Great Chariot rotate around it and if seen in the four phases of time they draw a 卍 wàn (symbol of the myriad things of creation).
According to Reza Assasi's theories, the wan may not only be centred in the current precessional north celestial pole at α Ursae Minoris, but also very near to the north ecliptic pole if Draco (Tiānlóng 天龙) is conceived as one of its two beams. Whether centred in the changeful precessional north celestial pole or in the fixed north ecliptic pole, the spinning constellations draw the wan symbol around the centre. Source: Assasi, Reza (2013). Legal disclaimer This image of a swastika resembles the swastika that was used by the National Socialist (NSDAP/Nazi) government of Germany or an organization closely associated to it, or another party which has been banned by the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany.
The use of insignia similar to organizations that have been banned in Germany may also be illegal in Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Brazil, Russia, China and other countries, depending on context. In Germany, the applicable law is paragraph 86a of the criminal code (StGB), in Poland – Art. 256 of the criminal code (Dz.U. 1997 nr 88 poz. 553). This ban, however, does not apply to swastikas that are of a religious nature, including ones used by Jainism, Hinduism, and Buddhism.
