Description
The subterranean 262 meters (860 ft) moving walkway at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois bathed in neon light from the installation, Sky's the Limit (1987), by Michael Hayden.[1][2] The walkway is part of the United Airlines terminal that was designed by Helmut Jahn; the terminal was listed as one of the 150 favorite structures in the United States by the American Institute of Architects.
